Outlook: A similar, yet somewhat inferior, version of his brother Peyton, Eli Manning has the pedigree and talent to be a solid starting quarterback in the WTF. With some seasoning he should develop into one of the league's premier talents, if his college season at Ole Miss last year was any indication of future promise. He was the Maxwell Award winner as the NCAA's top player.

Outlook: Rivers made 51 straight starts as a college quarterback and broke every ACC record en route to three bowl wins to help turn around the NC State Wolfpack football program. He'll step in and be a solid starter on a WTF team right away.

Outlook: A talented performer on the field and a world-class douchebag off the field, Roethlisberger is a large specimen of a quarterback and can be difficult to bring down in the backfield. Prone to occasional erratic passes, he doesn't possess the accuracy of some quarterbacks in this class, and there's a chance his off-field exploits could ground him for good, but Roethlisberger can be a studly performer if coached well.

Outlook: Losman has some wheels, but this lefty tosser is not accurate enough to navigate the ball through the minefield of WTF defenses. He'd be OK as a backup or could be a viable ball-control guy due to his above-average speed.

Outlook: Schaub may take some time to find his place in the WTF, but few quarterbacks throw a better deep ball. If surrounded with premier receiving talent, Schaub could approach elite status.

Outlook: Craig Krenzel led Ohio State to the cusp of a national title, but would be fortunate to make it onto a WTF roster for 2004. There are a couple scouts who think he could be a reasonable backup with upside, so you never know.
